As real as it gets
I used towing and repair shop services. They were up to my expectations, Scott kept things very transparent with me, he and the mechanics are well knowledgeable and equipped to get the job done. My car situation was a little tricky, and being under such good hands made a difference for positive outcome.

Straightforward Service
AAA shop so you get a discount. Upfront about what's needed. Talk you through every problem. Loved that they aren't pushy and they don't try to scare you. Good shop and good mechanics.

Towing and auto repair
My car was disabled so I called roadside assistance AAA. My vehicle was towed (flatbed) to the shop. The staff and service went great. You will always get someone on the phone. When the service was finished one day later My car was towed by flatbed back to my home. I highly recommend all about Automotive which is tow company and Auto Repair Service Station

Very satisfied
The tow driver, Tarig, was extremely helpful and kind. He encouraged me to use Automotive South and I took his advice. The service was prompt and Scott seems to be very knowledgeable. My car is now driving so much better and I was pleased to have it delivered to me by Abraham who was also courteous and helpful; plus I am pleased to receive a 2 year warranty and a free next time oil change and filter.

Excellent & Nice Service
I was broken down at the gas station and from the start of getting a call from All About Automative South they were super helpful. The guy called me and asked what was wrong with it and working on a tow truck to come. While on phone my car was rolling back and he helped me figure out where my parking break was because in that moment I was freakening out and not thinking. He was so nice and helpful. The tow truck guy was very nice as well and came within 20 mins of his call. Scott was so nice when I got to the shop and explained what he was gonna do. They offered me a ride back to my place because my car wasn’t going to be ready any time soon. Scott explained everything that was wrong with it. They were all super respectful, helpful and the experience was overall amazing. I had no issues at all. I will definitely be going back there from now on when have car problems even if I don’t need my car towed!
