Poor service
Not only is the service Obnoxious but the workmanship is that of a shade tree mechanic. I expected since it serviced BMWs it would be a worry free experience, boy was I wrong. Please do not take your tricycle to this dump!!!

Omg
The dashboard read “ transmission malfunction service Engine now” I explained that to them. A week later I pick up my car and read thru the recommended list of repairs only to be totally blown away by the last statement on the list.
Unable to test at battery. Battery in remote location and not easily accessible.

HOLD ON FOLKS Not easily accessible? Do they want the battery on top of the hood? All that was required is to open the hood. It’s right there it is easy to access. Now if it weren’t for that statement I wouldn’t have seen that for some reason someone removed the oil cap and left it beside the hood release latch. So for the past 30 minutes I had been driving my car without the oil cap on. The owner finally contacted me today after I called and asked what they meant when they said “we will make it right” his explanation was as basic as we cleaned up the oil off the engine and everywhere it sprayed under the hood. Yes they did it was wet when they returned it just a little cleaner than when they picked it up to start repairs. So because I caught it before I had to replace the engine I guess I should thank them for it. Well this was my first and last time using them. I sincerely hope that they person who made this error appreciates that he still has a job and that apparently their employee is more valuable than a paying customer. Had they refunded the labor cost I would have given them a second chance but labor cost was 723.21 so I knew that wasn’t going to happen. Being a previous business owner myself I know that owners are responsible for any and all errors their employees make. Next time I’ll ask for proof and old parts not even sure car needed the serpentine belt either.
