Prompt Auto quickly ordered parts that were needed after my daughter's car broke down. Within a day everything up and running perfectly. They also went above and beyond with verifying all fluids were topped off, vehicle was in alignment, and everything was good for my daughter! A+

Friendly, knowledgeable, and no funny business, and reasonable pricing. Excellent quality service.
I took my 2000 f150 with the 4.6L v8 to have valve cover gaskets replaced. He did so in a very timely manner even though he found and showed me where he found some other issues that may need future replacement. My truck is 24-25 years old and I missed some maintenance stuff that he seen. I would like to thank Jeremy again for getting my truck fixed and to watch for future problems. Great guy, get mechanic, great service. Very satisfied. Will be taking my vehicles to him again.
