Mr. Williams has been a long time customer. The bearing on the front driveshaft was worn out, causing a clatter while in 4 wheel drive. We installed a front driveshaft in his jeep and did not hear the clatter on test drive we felt that it solved the issue.  He did not call to tell me there was any issue with it. I would gladly warranty anything he has an issue with.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
