It's terrible that when we try to tell clients that certain vehicles aren't worth putting the money into, that they choose to ignore our recommendations.
When we first diagnosed the vehicle, we gave estimates for much more work than you ended up approving. We cautioned you that this vehicle was not safe to drive.
We have records of an additional 3 estimates that were never done, totaling over $3500 in additional needed repairs.
It was repairable in the beginning but you didn't want to spend over $1000 to repair it.
When you tie our hands like that, we can't possibly fix every car's issues for a thousand.
It's clear to me that no one listened to our recommendations, and the end result is a clear indicator of that. We don't want to send any vehicle back on the road without doing the needed repairs.
I find it abhorrent that you would take the time to blame us after all we did to try and accommodate YOUR requests.
