Competent, Courteous and Honest
The Woodstock Autostream is close to where I live, and I took a car that bought for my son there for Maryland state inspection. They did a thorough inspection and Andrew informed me it would pass with a minor fix. Andrew also informed me of some recommended maintenance items beyond inspection when I was ready, which I appreciated since this is an older car that my son is driving and I want it to be reliable. I went ahead and had some of the work done....no surprises, stuck to the original estimate, and it was done efficiently.

Good, honest and competent auto mechanic shops are hard to come by. I went to Autostream based on the numerous positive comments at all of their sites and my experience is consistent with everything I reviewed. This is my go-to shop for my son's car and I may take my truck there instead of the high-priced dealership as well.

Good service but more expensive than others
Took my new car for inspection and was promptly completed as advertised. Liked the reminders and electronic confirmation aspects as well as the service however this particular business was 25% more than if I scheduled it at another place just a bit farther away. Decided to go here for convenience but likely will likely only go back for emergency purposes due to the much higher cost.

The communication of price and service was clear. The service was totally NOT like the stereotype of bad mechanics who don't know what the hell they are doing, and/or overcharge and are wasteful for their own benefit.

To be honest, all the work I needed was expensive for me, but worth every penny, as I was sure it was worth the service being done.

The go to people
My college daughters car radiator fractured, She goes to school 4.5 hrs away from home. Auto Stream had her car fixed in 3 hrs after drop off.
