Oil change & more
Took our BMW in for an oil change and diagnostic as the check engine light would come on and then go off intermittently and new tires. Have absolutely no complaints, they kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. Shoutout to Jacob for always having a pleasant demeanor and explaining everything that happened each step of the way.

Excellent Service
Many thanks to Automotion staff for the very quick response for our vehicle needs!
I initially came in this morning to schedule a time for a normal “A” level service for one of our vehicles.
As it turned out, to my surprise, the staff took the car in immediately and give me a ride home.
My expectations were that the necessary “Service A” for our Mercedes was the only item to be completed.
While in the service, and due to the discovery of additional issues, I was notified within the first hour of service that the car rear brake pads were out of tolerance; identified by the service technician.
I really appreciate the extra care he took to insure a complete inspection of the vehicle. Automotion and staff immediately ordered the necessary parts and were able to finish all the work within a few hours.
Outstanding, and complete service replacement of the worn brake pads but most importantly, advising me of the additional issue.
Thanks to Automotion for the exceptional care!

Steer clear of this place.
We had an incredibly disappointing experience here. Despite multiple visits, the shop failed to resolve an issue with our car. What should have been a simple part replacement turned into a year-long ordeal with appointment after appointment—and still no proper fix. When we finally went to a different repair shop, they confirmed that the original problem had never been addressed correctly by Automotion.

Customer service was just as bad. The front desk staff were rude and defensive, especially when my husband brought up the unresolved issue. Instead of listening, they were dismissive and confrontational.

To make matters worse, their paperwork was a mess. They couldn't find our latest invoices and relied only on outdated records. Thankfully, we had our own documentation on hand.

Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and subpar repairs, we completely lost trust in this shop. Don’t waste your time or money—go somewhere else.

Hot Days - Freon Boost
I called for an appointment before 9:00AM for a boost in air-conditioner coolant. Appointment confirmed and drop-off before 9:30. Courtesy ride to the gym. Late morning call to let me know service was complete and to ask if I'd like a ride back. I picked up my car before noon and enjoyed excellent climate control. Excellent experience!

Poor communication
Dropped my car off to get the door locks fixed on Friday morning, and they said it would be an easy quick fix! should only take a couple hours. That afternoon never heard from them. So I called and they said it won’t be done till Monday. Monday rolls around no phone call. Didn’t hear from them till Wednesday saying I need a new part and will be a week till it’s done. The next Friday I haven’t heard from them so I stopped by the shop to see what’s going on. And they say my car is done, but they need to put the keys back together and do a test drive. It will be done Monday! Monday rolls around and get a call at 10:18 saying my car is done! I go to pick it up and when I get in the passenger side is still torn apart with his notes in it. I definitely wasn’t happy after that. They put it back together and I picked it up later. They didn’t even clean the inside or anything. I don’t think they take pride in there work.
