Be very cautious
Up-front personnel absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond the expected. Willing to make the experience pleasant in every way.
Check your bill very carefully, the labor prices and times appear to be assigned randomly and are inflated by nearly 50% at times. No consideration appears to be given to the fair amount of time the job takes, only on how long the job actually takes. Most recent bill was calculated with almost $500.00 dollars overcharged. After much discussion they refunded approximately 50% of the disputed amount.

Sarah & Harold, we are sad that we did not meet your expectations on this visit.  We had given Sarah a verbal quote of what the repairs would cost.  Sarah okayed this price and we were told to make the repairs.  In a text quote to Sarah our service writer did miss listing some costs that amounted to less than $100.00, but the final bill was exactly the verbal quote we first gave her.  Our labor time was based on the vehicle's age and condition, that's why we give estimates.  Labor prices and times are definitely not assigned randomly and are not inflated.  We did not overcharge by $500 and the refund we are going to give you is not for overcharging, but out of consideration that you have been a good customer over the years.  Again, we are sorry you were not happy with your visit.
