Extreme caution advised
I recently had a frustrating experience with Angel Touch Auto that I feel is important to share. My main concerns revolve around poor communication, mishandling of my order, and questionable service recommendations.

After paying a deposit for an engine, I was dismayed to learn that no order had actually been placed. This lack of follow-through created significant inconvenience and frustration. When I reached out for clarification, the communication was consistently lacking, leaving me in the dark about the status of my transaction.

Additionally, while I eventually received a partial refund, the process was convoluted and did not instill confidence in their customer service practices. I was also presented with several unnecessary recommendations for additional services that felt more like upselling than genuine advice.

Overall, my experience with Angel Touch Auto was disappointing. I hope they address these issues to improve their service and better support their customers in the future.

Excellent Auto Repair Shop
The engine on my 2014 RAM 1500 died in rush hour traffic, at 133,000 miles, and needed to be diagnosed & repaired. I was referred to Angel Touch by a friend of my son-in-law and called them. When I called,, Stacy and her husband Paul (the owners) were both very professional and kind, and I had my truck towed to Angel Touch for a diagnostic.

It turned out the engine was blown and needed to be replaced, so I ordered a replacement engine and had it shipped to them. They replaced the engine in plenty of time for my first camping trip this summer. The truck runs like new now and pulled my camper flawlessly.

I give them 5 stars and will be recommending them to all of my friends and associates.

Wonderful!
I love this place because the owners are super friendly and do everything they can to help you. Paul is a true mechanic they just don’t make them like this anymore. I highly recommend angel touch auto !

Good people
They were willing to get me in yo check out a used car I was interested in buying on very short notice, even though they were busy. Got it done for me. Gave me good advice, and charged almost nothing. Angels do exist. Oh, and yes. I ended up buying the car. ?

While there, I had concerns regarding tires, brakes, door seals, and differential fluids. Again all my problems were addressed, and a satisfactory conclusion was reached.
