I’d give them a 10 star if I could. I was traveling through with a GMC Duramax pulling a trailer when
it would not shift anymore. I'm from Idaho so I had a long trip ahead of me. We called R&R and got the friendliest lady on the phone you could imagine. Her name is Julia. I was able to limp to their shop a little before closing, they took a quick look and said they have to dig deeper the next morning. They gave me a ride into town so I can get a hotel. they worked hard all the next day till they found the problem. They were already busy but they took time to put me back on the road. Everybody was so friendly. I would recommend Them any day.
