t it’s going to cost and why it’s needed. That’s really important to a woman who knows virtually nothing about cars! He has a genuine interest in the care of my car, remembers I’ll need a “Loaner”, and tries to accommodate my sometimes difficult schedule. I feel so fortunate to have Lakeside Mercedes taking care of my car. I usually work with Taylor, but everyone there is exceedingly nice, skilled and easy to work with. I will never go anywhere else!

nce. Everyone there is respectful and easy to deal with. Jorge is a great guy—he communicates well, keeps you updated, and always takes the time to answer any questions.
They recently did major engine work on my 2011 Avalanche, and the truck runs great with no issues. I never feel pressured or taken advantage of, which is important to me. It’s always a good feeling knowing my vehicles are in good hands. Definitely recommend them.
