Made my appointment explaining all the issues. Appointment was three weeks out. Dropped it off and was treated like I didn't have an appointment and just showed up. Was told they did not think they could get to all of what was wrong. Picked it up and was told that I would have to come back in another month for the electronic issue to be looked at. Bought new tires but they did not have any paperwork they could provide me as to the warranty on the tires, specs or anything. Also said they could not do a tire alignment because it machine was tied up. Not sure why I put the effort into making an appointment for service work if they do not perform the work needed when i bring it in. Then tell me I have to come back in a month for somebody just to look at why my taillight assembly is out. Let's hope I do not get a ticket for having a taillight out between now and then.

Spoke with our customer, have scheduled appointment for 9/5 to inspect taillight concern and will provide paperwork on tires at that time.. Thank you Mr. D.
Brought a new vehicle in and wasn't sure what I needed in terms of maintenance. The folks at Mike White Ford were very knowledgeable (even though it was an uncommon vehicle) and helpful. They took care of me and even looked for potential items to watch while the vehicle was still under warranty. I will definitely come back for future service.
I have been a dedicated Ford customer for years. Reese is my car guy but the service and accessories teams add the total team approach to customer service. I am a retired team operator with the DoD. I would like to share my thoughts with Mike as well. I have purchased 3 Fords with Reese and your service team keeps me on task.

Customer service at it’s finest. Evidently, someone had been ill and unable to make it to work. It happened to be the perdon scheduled to do my brakes. Tyler let me know that the ETA went from 2 hours to unknown and offered me a ride home which I gratefully accepted! I felt bad that the guys were struggling to keep up with the daily schedule, but they were all surprisingly calm and level headed. I greatly appreciate that because I don’t want someone rushed and on edge working on my vehicle. All the staff was very apologetic and accommodating. Thank you!! :D
