all personnel were friendly, positive, upbeat and displayed genuine interest in making my visit there a pleasant one.
the waiting area is disappointingly spartan and drab. compares poorly against the Toyota dealer next door.

Treated very well! Went for an oil change and they discovered we were due for inspection, completed everything quickly and even gave us a rental to run some errands!

loaner car philosophy is not acceptable to me
I find the loaner car system unacceptable. I have a Genesis R-Spec and don't believe I should be discouraged ( by the length of time, 2 weeks, I have to wait for one).

I do apologize that you had to wait 2 weeks to reserve a loaner vehicle. Most of the time we cam put customers in a loaner vehicle in a weeks time.
