Thank you for your business and your review.  I am sorry to hear about your windshield.  We have seen in the past, there is a small rock or debri chip that can't been seen without really looking for it, that cracks with the heat and temperature change from going out of the shop to out in the sun.  Please let us know if we can assist in anyway.
