Deceptive Marketing

On October 27, 2021, I took my vehicle in for a routine lube, oil & filter service with tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle, I was informed the tread on the tires was getting low, and they would need to be replaced soon. About 5 days later, I received a flyer in the mail from FORD, stating my tires would need replaced soon. The flyer also included a coupon to save $40 on purchases of $400 and up. Since winter was rapidly approaching, and I now had a coupon in hand, I decided it was time to schedule a tire replacement. I called the dealership, selected tires, and made an appointment for installation. On December 4, 2021, when I arrived for the installation appointment, I presented the FORD coupon, and was told it did not apply to new tires. The service advisor, Matt, was professional, but said he was unable to apply the coupon to the transaction, and there was nobody at the service center that day that could do anything about it. Ultimately, the tires were installed, I paid for the tires and installation, and I was on my way. My issue is not with Matt, nor with the service I received, but I find it very frustrating to receive a coupon in the mail from FORD, telling me my tires need replaced soon and to take my vehicle to the Mike White Dealership and use the included coupon to save on new tires, only to do just that and be told the coupon doesn't apply. I understand we are only talking about $40, but tires are expensive, and every dollar counts, especially this time of year. This is not the first time I have had issues with this particular dealership, and I am finding the service to be very unpredictable.

Our poor little CDA isn't little anymore but no techs are moving to the area to as long as you schedule in advance the service experience is still as wonderful as always.

Routine Oil Change

I've been there a few times for an oil change and it's typically been great. This last visit not so much. I have an infant seat this time my car was through the parking lot not pulled up front (ok no biggie) once to my car it was parked so close to a truck I could barely open back door to put my child in yet still couldn't as my passenger front seat was laying all the way back I had to set car seat down and diaper bag to open and adjust seat. No car wash ticket was given like offered. To top it off a could days after appointment my car says need oil change and oil life setting shows zero percent.

Very poor service

As a former employee in sales and service I am very disappointed and disturbed. Our vehicle has been serviced at this facility since purchasing. Several months ago we had a routine service meant to check all systems. We were told all was well. Two days ago we went to start the vehicle and the battery was dead. Upon inspection there was battery acid all over the battery and under hood with severe corrosion preventing removal. The car was jumped and taken into the facility. The mechanic also had difficulty removing the battery and was amazed this was not identified at the last service. The corrosion was so bad the battery cable had corroded through. Matt in service was very apologetic and did an outstanding job finding the needed battery cable to complete the job the same day. This issue should not have occurred however.

Took too long

I arrived at 11:55 for my 12:30 appointment. Gentlemen told me would be complete by 1:30. At 12:52 my vehicle came out of the service area and was parked. At 1:30 I received a call from Matt. He said my AC filter was dirty, would cost $55. I said replace it. He said another 15 minutes. At 1:55 he said it was complete. I paid him, then we walked out to my vehicle, it was in the exact same parking spot. I have no confidence that the filter was replaced. And why didn’t I receive a call when they first parked it. Same experience I had with this service department before Mike White purchased dealership. I was promised it would be better.
