Check up, the basics
It appears that the bumper to bumper check on all the essentials for my 2017, 1/2 ton pickup indicated that the vehicle that I purchased from your dealership was still in excellent condition for my upcoming trip to Phoenix for the Winter. It gives me great confidence on a trip that far.

Fast, Friendly, and Courteous Service
I feel confident when I bring my vehicles to Mike White Ford. I trust that the service personnel will work carefully ensuring my vehicles will run safely on roads, highways and freeway excursions. In addition, I have trust that while working on my vehicles, no damage, scratches, dings or dents will occur to the vehicle bodies. The people I encounter are courteous and make sure that any questions or concerns are handled with respect.

Took too long
I arrived at 11:55 for my 12:30 appointment. Gentlemen told me would be complete by 1:30. At 12:52 my vehicle came out of the service area and was parked. At 1:30 I received a call from Matt. He said my AC filter was dirty, would cost $55. I said replace it. He said another 15 minutes. At 1:55 he said it was complete. I paid him, then we walked out to my vehicle, it was in the exact same parking spot. I have no confidence that the filter was replaced. And why didn’t I receive a call when they first parked it. Same experience I had with this service department before Mike White purchased dealership. I was promised it would be better.

Appointment handled with ease. Took me right in. Waiting area beautiful. Everyone so nice and professional. I feel they do their best for their customers and make you want to return.
