As with my many previous "servicing" appointments, the servicing at this appointment (tire rotation, oil change and multiple reviews of my Explorer's mechanical features) was performed on time and efficiently. I received a notice from Ford that I needed a recall procedure so I called Mike White Ford in Sandpoint, Idaho. They were very accommodating both for scheduling and procedure. My experience was a good one and would recommend their service.

Jeff is the best
We were just toying with the idea of trading in for a new truck and Jeff was able to get us to sit down and really go through the numbers. He went above and beyond to make us feel important and...like friends. He also gave us information on another vehicle we are planning on trading in within the next two years and we will be headed back to see Jeff for a new explorer when that time comes.

Practical, Efficient, Reasonably Priced
We drive our 2019 Ford Explorer many miles on various types of road conditions. It’s very practical to change the oil, rotate the tires and check the status of many car parts regularly. The Mike White workers focus on these issues, explain their observations & are very understandable. The cost is reasonable and the workers are personable.
