Service Department is Awsome!
I have now owned a total of four Hyundai’s in which two were purchased from this dealership. My 2015 Sonata, Ltd was purchased from a different dealership, I brought it in for a trouble light and it was fixed instantaneously, I was alerted from the service department that I had a few open recalls on my vehicle, in which I never knew. Mind you, I have never received any notifications (emails, calls, or actual mail of any outstanding recalls from the dealership Pride-Hyundai in which I purchased the vehicle from)! Empire Hyundai now services all of my vehicles, Jeff, Frank and Leno are great.

Excellent customer service
My battery died unexpectedly on one of the coldest days of the year. Empire was able to take my car in for warranty repair on hours notice on emergency basis and got me back on the road quickly. I have always found the reps in their service dept to be professional, courteous and easy to work with.
