I cannot say enough about the great service team and professionalism that you get going to the Fall River Empire Hyundai.
This is the A+ team from Brenda who helps set up your service appointment (most pleasant and personable) to the Service Reps and the Service Mechanics! They take pride in their work and they make sure that it is perfect before you get it back.

Service was excellent. Sales people need to back off.
I went to the dealership for a recall and some routine maintenance. As I pulled up to the dealership and got out of my car a salesman approached me and asked me if I was trading my car in. I politely told him no and that I was there for service. He said "ok, what's your payment on that?" I informed that my car was paid off and that I was just there for service. I went to the service desk and the service advisor was polite and attentive. They took my car right away and told me with the recall and the work I had asked to be done would take a couple hours. I sat in the waiting room for a while. Every once in a while I like to get up, take a wall, maybe use the restroom, etc. Every time I left the room the same sales guy kept badgering me about trading my car in. Now I have no problem telling the guy to beat it, but it makes the whole service experience tedious and annoying.

I brought my 2017 Santa Fe in for a routine oil change and recall svc...service tech reps. Are always friendly, knowledgeable and answer all my questions...I only get my vehicle serviced here...Frank who helped me this time went above n beyond great customer svc...give him a raise?

The dealership is very helpful.
I like empire Hyundai as a dealership. I dislike Hyundai as a company. The service department was very helpful and Frank was great. I have had recurring issues on top of constant new issues and Hyundai refuses to assist. After 2 engines and continued struggles, Hyundai has yet to complete any of the open cases I have with them.
