Oil change and fuel filters change
Made appt and was in within a week. Was initially told no time for fuel filters, but at appt they suggested I do it and had the time. Done within 3 hrs. The last time this was done, by another company, it cost me dearly to have Mike White fix the othet companys mistake.

Service and the whole experience not going to do again. Had my car for almost a month. No compassion that I had to rent a car at 35 a day nor that they didn’t fix it correctly the first time. Wow.

Tasks completed successfully!
Once I arrived at the customer service center, the service and communication was terrific. When I originally made the appointment, I was led to believe the oil change and recall work would just take a few hours; however, on my arrival I was informed it was an all-day effort. Since I did not have personal auto transportation back to my home, the Ford courtesy van provided transport which was helpful.

From the initial time I called til the minute I walked out the door when Chris yelled have a nice day it wicked. I will not come back. You should get that guy off the front lines. He is not nice, argumentive and just a jerk.

Lisa, we apologize for the delay in answering your feedback. We wanted to complete a full investigation and review interviews and recordings so that we had a more complete picture of your interactions with our team.  


Upon review, we did not find any evidence of rudeness or questionable behavior from our team. While we understand your frustrations, it is an industry wide requirement for guests to supply their proof of insurance and driver’s license when renting a vehicle from a business. As it is a legal requirement for drivers to have a driver’s license and their insurance with them, it is not normally an issue. We understand that this may have been your first experience renting a car, so we have taken that into consideration and will be mentioning this moving forward. 


We understand that everyone has good and bad days, and we work hard to ensure that we contribute as positively as possible to good days for our guests and our employees. We understand that you may have come to us on a difficult occasion for yourself, and we genuinely hope that you are doing better now. However, we agree with your statement that it will be best if you find vehicle service elsewhere in the future. Best of luck.

Factory Recall
Had 2 factory recalls taken care of in a timely manner. Service center called and suggested a oil change at a good rate. Would have had the tires rotated tires if they would have suggested.

Fairly Quick for the Job, however...
Oil change, tire rotation, and a new key made in under two hours.... not bad. However, a leak was noted on the oil pan during the multipoint inspection. This is something my warranty will likely repair, but I need to make a diagnostic appoint appointment (with the diagnostic fee, of course), to actually get the leaking oil pan diagnosed before it can be submitted for warranty work. It would literally take one of their certified techs less that 30 seconds to look under the truck and say, "Yup, the oil pan is officially leaking..." It is a significant inconvience to to get my truck in for routine service, now I have to make two more appointments to get this issue corrected...

Mostly Pleased
We appreciate the folks at Mike White Ford in Sandpoint, ID. We took our 2021 F-350 Duly truck in for the oil change recently (we have a service contract). Ever since we bought it the service team top off the DEF, except this time. The monitor started flashing it was time to add more, we knew that couldn't be right because they always top it off. So I called the dealership and spoke with a young lady, explained the situation and she checked in with Service and they told her they don't top it off as part of the Service Plan, but if we wanted to take the truck back we could use another Service credit or we could pay for it. We already DID pay for the Service Contract!
