Upon review, we did not find any evidence of rudeness or questionable behavior from our team. While we understand your frustrations, it is an industry wide requirement for guests to supply their proof of insurance and driver’s license when renting a vehicle from a business. As it is a legal requirement for drivers to have a driver’s license and their insurance with them, it is not normally an issue. We understand that this may have been your first experience renting a car, so we have taken that into consideration and will be mentioning this moving forward.
We understand that everyone has good and bad days, and we work hard to ensure that we contribute as positively as possible to good days for our guests and our employees. We understand that you may have come to us on a difficult occasion for yourself, and we genuinely hope that you are doing better now.
