Excellent service at Murdock Hyundai
This is the 2nd Hyundai I have bought from this dealership. I get all my service done here and that has certainly paid off when the few problems I have had were covered 100% by. The warenty. I love my new santaFe sport and will continue to bring it here for service. I am also very glad when I get Britt for service work. She is the best, knows her stuff and very nice.

Why can’t all dealerships be like Murdock Hyundai?
No matter what your financial situation is Murdock Hyundai has got you covered. You are treated with kindness understanding and a second to none “business for the people and community” ethic. The amount of thought put into the little details, and conveniences, the drive, with spirit and integrity are amazing. The need to go the extra mile to ensure your always going to be a loyal customer is paramount to Murdock. Your car is an extension of you! And in many cases you even see it as a reliable member of the family. I know I do. I purchased a new, 2018 Hyundai Sant Fe Sport form your amazing dealership. I have found from day one I was treated honestly and fair, Sold a very tried and true vehicle, One which will last a very long time (if I choose) and do it trouble free and at minimal operating costs. I was sold what I needed and with the details I specifically required. I think I put more pressure on Murdock! to meet my expectations. And Of course Murdock rose to meet that challenge. Regular maintenance and services are a breeze, Murdock is very well scheduled and waiting (if you choose) is even a pleasure and very short. Stop by, call, or find them online for service or literally any silly question you need an answer to. You can even opt to leave your vehicle and Murdock will shuttle you to your destination if needed. Thanks for being my dealer Murdock Hyundai of Lindon! Me, My four wheeled family member and pocket book all thank you for your service.

Impressive team at Murdock Hyundai
Having my 2015 Hyundai towed in on a Saturday afternoon I certainly wasn't hopeful, but the Service Adviser (Brete) and rest of the Service team went the extra mile and I was delighted to receive a call that the repair had been completed prior to closing the same day. While I realize such results may not always be the case, I've been going to Murdock Hyundai in Lindon this past year and continue to be grateful for their dedication to their customers.

No Burger In N Out Full Service Oil Change
Like always, with no Appointment, Murdock had my car serviced and ready to go in a few minutes, thanks to team Brete, while I munched on free popcorn and sloshed some Coke. Meanwhile my salesman, Jake Banks, always says "Hello, Mr. Davis, how's your Azera?" Blake Murdock was in the house so we had a nice car chat and I wished them well with their new Genesis dealership coming soon. Maybe the classiest car guy in the business.

Incorrect times and no price updates
They said my service would be an hour and a half. Took 2.5 hours. No alerts no updates. They also said they could do my filter which they didn’t mention any prices and when it was $75 they were surprised when I was mad that that wasn’t what I was expecting. Give alerts and give prices when you are doing maintenance. That is unacceptable

Great service and environment when I can finally get in
Please build another location in south county. When I have to schedule two weeks out and go 1000 miles over on the oil change I think it shows you have plenty of business to build another location. It would also be awesome if I could ever talk to someone on the phone rather than rely solely on the online system to schedule an appointment.

The truth came out during a service visit.
Hyundai of Lindon,
I was very disappointed to find out that the salesman and management that sold me the car had deceived me about the warranty of the Equus 2015 that I am leasing for 39 months. I had absolutely NO IDEA that the car's warranty had already started and now with 8 months left in my lease I have no warranty left on my car. I believe this is the reason people lease cars? They want a full warranty for the total duration of their lease. The nice service person went to bat for me and tried to help me the best she could with my situation when my car's battery system went dead. I believe the system has gone dead in the past as well. She came back with a Half and half pay with Hyundai paying half and I would pay half. I believe the service department has done a great job when I've come in and gotten oil changes etc.....
This is a short letter to let the Murdock Hyundai of Lindon know that I'm very disappointed with the deception of business practice. Maybe it is because I'm a woman, and I was taken advantage of in my situation. Maybe it is the "hurry and sign everything" as fast as possible so you can leave and enjoy your new car and "NOT NOTICE" that you've been deceived?
Anyway, the Equus has been a good car for me, but like all things these day, and also cars, nothing lasts forever like they did in the old days. I would've thought and expected to have warranty for the life of my lease!
