Helpful and professional

The Service Department Staff welcomed me for my appointment and were efficient in getting the service done. Even though I did not buy my vehicle from Mike White Ford, they performed the recall service as if I purchased my vehicle there. Small gestures speak volumes. I left feeling satisfied with the service.

Airbag Replacement

I took my Ford Ranger truck in for service to replace my passenger side airbag and
was extremely pleased with the level of service provided. Original estimate of repair
was 3 hours but they did the work in just 2 hours at no cost to me. They also performed
a multi points inspection and I received a copy of that report with everything looking fine.
All service personnel were professional and cordial including Dirk who provided a ride
with their courtesy shuttle. I would recommend this Service Dept. to others.

I usually am very happy with my experience at Mike White, but this time they fell a little short in my opinion. I was scheduled for 7:15 and I was there at about 7:05. I handed my truck off and was told that it should be done at noon. What??? It was there for a light assembly under the hood that was literally a 5 minute or less repair. To top it off, I wasn't told that the truck needed to be there that long and since it was such a small repair and a first thing in the morning appointment, I wasn't prepared to wait that long or leave the truck there. after sitting in the lounge for almost an hour, I decided I would cancel the repair and leave. I went in and told them I needed the truck so I could leave because I wasn't prepared to sit there half the day. I was told the mechanic was going to show up at 8:00 and that would be his first job. Finally the truck was done a little after 9:00. I didn't end up there until noon, but I was there over 2 hours for a small repair and was told it was going to take 5 hours. I understand that it may not be the first repair, but I should have been told there was a time frame repair so I would not have been blindsided.

Excellent service as usual

Adam was our service representative, he went above and beyond to diagnose the problem with my husbands truck. And got the job done in a timely manner. We have a 2005 Ford Ranger and have never taken it to be serviced anywhere but this Ford dealership, even though it has gone thru multiple owner changes, the service has always remained the same, we will never stop coming here for the excellent service we receive. This is why the good ole 2005 ranger keeps on truckin!

High pressure sales. Make promises they don’t keep.

I have had Fords all my life. Approximately 30 or more purchased new. This is the first time the service department has not had time to fix issues. I waited over a month for an appointment. They kept the truck all day but only fixed minimal things. If this trend continues I will never purchase from this dealership again. If you sell a new truck it is your responsibility to figure out how to service it.

Service dept communication was terrible.

I dropped off my truck on a Sunday Night and left my keys in the Dropbox, I never received a call so I called at 2pm Monday and was told my truck would be looked at that evening or on Tuesday morning. I called the service dept at noon on Tuesday and was told my service rep would call me
At 2pm I called again and was told my rep was busy but my truck still had not been looked at.
at 4:30 pm Tuesday I drove 1 hr to the dealership and was going to have my truck towed to another shop. I was then told then that my truck was looked at and they had the part and could have it ready on Wednesday morning., at noon I called to speak to my service agent and he said it would be ready at 1:30 pm again I drove the 1 hr to the dealership only to be told it wouldn’t be ready until 4:30 pm.

Great service and excellent prices on tires.

I had my work truck serviced for a brake related recall, but also to have the tires replaced, the oil changed, and to look at the heater/air conditioning system which was not blowing very much air. The truck was dropped off at 8:30 AM, and I was told that it would be ready at 3:30 PM. The truck was ready at 3:00, and the air conditioning issue turned out to be a cabin filter. The price on the tires was excellent, much lower than the local competitors for a name brand tire. I will be a return customer.

At first, I was told it would be a month out to get some warranty work done on my truck sky roof... however, I got a call the next day from Pat saying he could get me in "tomorrow morning". I took the truck in and had it back within 72 hours, completely done! Thanks, guys!!!
