Exceeded expectations
On Monday, my brand new Expedition presented a significant oil leak. I called the service department immediately and Cole offered to take a quick look that day to ensure the car was safe to drive, and at the same time booked an appointment for Wednesday to perform a more detailed check. I brought the car in Monday afternoon and was informed the car could not leave for safety reasons; Cole provided a service loaner and promised an update when the car could be better examined, likely on Wednesday which was the day of my original appointment. Adam called mid-morning Tuesday and told me the leaking crankshaft gasket was fixed and I could pick up the car at lunchtime Tuesday. Totally exceeded my expectations. Great customer service and communication by both Cole and Adam.

Jesse got my car in and was able to figure out why my AC didn’t work. The issue was fixed and my AC has been working good ever since.

the worst service experience I've ever had
I brought my truck in there in morning of the 25th of June when the accessory belt broke on the freeway near you shop. My "service rep" said they'd try to diagnose it that day, but they didn't. The guy didn't call me at all, so I went back to the shop the following Monday. He said it needed a new belt and AC clutch, which is what I told him it needed when I drove it in! That's all they'd done (if they even did that). The guy couldn't tell me when they'd have it done but said it would be 2-3 weeks. So I flew home. Your rep never called me during that time. Didn't even text me. I finally got ahold of him around the 6th of July and he said they hadn't gotten to it. I said I had to buy plane tickets and asked him if they'd have it done by the 20th of July. He said they'd get it by then. I tried to call him several times in that period and he never took the call, never returned it. He didn't even text me like I asked him to. I returned there on the 23rd and you hadn't even started it! So I spent more money on hotels, food, etc., before I could get on a plane again. This time I bought a refundable return ticket because I had no faith he'd get it done the following week when he said he would. Someone there who answered my many calls was able to get a "commitment from the dispatcher" that they'd have it done by Friday 7/30. So I flew back out there and yes, the truck was drivable but they didn't fix it AC! And, of course, no one called me or texted me to tell me that or ask me if they should proceed with that. So after nearly 5 weeks in your shop I have to drive the rest of the way across the country, nearly 2000 miles in late July with no AC. And, to top it off, I'll have to pay someone else to replace the compressor and do the AC work that you didn't do. I've never had a worse experience with any kind of service on anything, through more than 40 years of having my vehicles serviced!

Even though I did not buy my vehicle from Mike White Ford, they performed the recall service as if I purchased my vehicle there. Small gestures speak volumes. Airbag Replacement
I took my Ford Ranger truck in for service to replace my passenger side airbag and
was extremely pleased with the level of service provided. Original estimate of repair
was 3 hours but they did the work in just 2 hours at no cost to me. They also performed
a multi points inspection and I received a copy of that report with everything looking fine.
All service personnel were professional and cordial including Dirk who provided a ride
with their courtesy shuttle. I would recommend this Service Dept. to others.

I usually am very happy with my experience at Mike White, but this time they fell a little short in my opinion. I was scheduled for 7:15 and I was there at about 7:05. I handed my truck off and was told that it should be done at noon. What??? It was there for a light assembly under the hood that was literally a 5 minute or less repair. To top it off, I wasn't told that the truck needed to be there that long and since it was such a small repair and a first thing in the morning appointment, I wasn't prepared to wait that long or leave the truck there. after sitting in the lounge for almost an hour, I decided I would cancel the repair and leave. I went in and told them I needed the truck so I could leave because I wasn't prepared to sit there half the day. I was told the mechanic was going to show up at 8:00 and that would be his first job. Finally the truck was done a little after 9:00. I didn't end up there until noon, but I was there over 2 hours for a small repair and was told it was going to take 5 hours. I understand that it may not be the first repair, but I should have been told there was a time frame repair so I would not have been blindsided.

Excellent service as usual
Adam was our service representative, he went above and beyond to diagnose the problem with my husbands truck. And got the job done in a timely manner. We have a 2005 Ford Ranger and have never taken it to be serviced anywhere but this Ford dealership, even though it has gone thru multiple owner changes, the service has always remained the same, we will never stop coming here for the excellent service we receive. This is why the good ole 2005 ranger keeps on truckin!

High pressure sales. Make promises they don’t keep.
I have had Fords all my life. Approximately 30 or more purchased new. This is the first time the service department has not had time to fix issues. I waited over a month for an appointment. They kept the truck all day but only fixed minimal things. If this trend continues I will never purchase from this dealership again. If you sell a new truck it is your responsibility to figure out how to service it.

Service dept communication was terrible.
I dropped off my truck on a Sunday Night and left my keys in the Dropbox, I never received a call so I called at 2pm Monday and was told my truck would be looked at that evening or on Tuesday morning. I called the service dept at noon on Tuesday and was told my service rep would call me
At 2pm I called again and was told my rep was busy but my truck still had not been looked at.
at 4:30 pm Tuesday I drove 1 hr to the dealership and was going to have my truck towed to another shop. I was then told then that my truck was looked at and they had the part and could have it ready on Wednesday morning., at noon I called to speak to my service agent and he said it would be ready at 1:30 pm again I drove the 1 hr to the dealership only to be told it wouldn’t be ready until 4:30 pm.
