An unfortunate bolt came undone from a bracket which had to be removed to install AC resulting in the
need to fully replace the alternator and battery for my car. The professionals at RSC auto repair reached out to me regarding the claim; and after communication between the 2 technicians an approval to fully fix the damages was approved. It was unfortunate that an issue came up at all however they corrected the situation extremely quickly. Thanks for your assistance again! ?. -Beau

Had intermittent locking and unlocking of door locks not diagnosed by car computer system when hittin
g a bump or turning right. Dashboard occasionally signaled driver side door ajar when door was firmly shut. No car manufacturer diagnosis available, but Smith tracked down the problem to a particular switch malfunction and replaced. Based on the time taken to determine the problem, I expected a larger bill, but I was pleasantly surprised by a much smaller bill and this is why I continue to go back for service on my four vehicles. They have always treated me fairly and never taken advantage of me.

Greg was very helpful. I had an oil change and a tuneup. I did ask about the oil change very quick wi
th their answers, not sure Greg said my oil was dirty. Not sure. I thought they got rid of the old oil and put in new. I asked how much oil was put in and they said very little, still confused as to what was exactly done.
