I've seldom seen all three at the same auto repair shop.
Love the fact that I can drop off the car in the early morning and chat with staff while the car is repaired. The waiting room is clean and quiet.
Plus no upselling or grief when I need to do a repair in stages. Instead, Brian offers common sense solutions and great alternatives to solve an issue.
Brian is pleasure to work with and patient with my less than knowlegeable questions :-) He walks you through the whole repair if you have questions.

Another great experience I had with Hansen Auto Body & Automotive was when I recently needed the exhaust system repaired. Brian doesn't offer the specific work I needed, so he sent me to "Yankee Discount Muffler" nearby. Another great place that did excellent work and more than reasonable.
