Saturday 9/16/23, while traveling from Dallas, TX to Oxford, MS to visit my son (a freshman at Ole Mi
ss) the turbocharger on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson failed. We diagnosed the problem late that day, and we made the decision to drop the vehicle at Pride Hyundai in Batesville, MS on Sunday, 9/16. The team at Pride took it from there! The vehicle was ready for pickup Friday 9/22 as requested, and we were able to return from Dallas that day and pick up the car over the weekend! Given that we live almost 500 miles away, everyone at Pride was very understanding of our situation. We cannot thank these guys enough for helping us through a very challenging situation. We highly recommend this business!

The minute I arrived at the dealership I was given 5-Star service. Everyone was so nice and worked w
ith me on the financing at top priority and set everything up in a way that works for my budget and got me in the car that I wanted! The only setback was it took so much time, but that was due to a mix up on VIN numbers with another vehicle similar to the one I wanted to purchase. Once that was cleared up everything else ran smoothly.
