y out of my pocket. Also, I was promised a complete detailing from a previous visit and I NEVER received it. Also when I purchased the car I was promised a tank of gas and that never happened. I would like someone to contact me to fulfill these promises.

Had picked up my elantra from a separate dealer and took it here for oil change/rotation and inspecti
on and gotta say the service was great. Sam (Samuel) gave an in depth overview of what needed to be looked at in the future with why they needed to be looked at/repaired as well as making a plan on what should be taken as priority versus stuff that can be pushed off for now.
Overall its the best dealer experience I've had and will be making the drive back for all my repair/maintenance needs moving forward.

l when I was looking for a new car. I’ve always dreaded the ordeal of buying a car in the past but this experience went well. With all the new safety features and tech capabilities it can be a difficult choice. I looked at multiple cars and came back 3 times before I settled on the Tucson SEL. He explained everything and was pleasant to work with. My only issue would be how they really encourage you to finance the car rather than pay cash which I wasn’t interested in doing. Nevertheless I love my new car and feel they worked well with me to get the sale completed.

was very friendly. Also I didn't know about the shuttle and planned to uber home but the manager arranged a shuttle for me right away. Even the shuttle driver was very nice and friendly. Your operation is very professional and even your waiting room was nice! Everything was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with my experience!

Saturday 9/16/23, while traveling from Dallas, TX to Oxford, MS to visit my son (a freshman at Ole Mi
ss) the turbocharger on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson failed. We diagnosed the problem late that day, and we made the decision to drop the vehicle at Pride Hyundai in Batesville, MS on Sunday, 9/16. The team at Pride took it from there! The vehicle was ready for pickup Friday 9/22 as requested, and we were able to return from Dallas that day and pick up the car over the weekend! Given that we live almost 500 miles away, everyone at Pride was very understanding of our situation. We cannot thank these guys enough for helping us through a very challenging situation. We highly recommend this business!

We just purchased a new 2025 Santa Fe and the process couldn't have been any easier. We were purchas
ing from out of town, so all of the process was over the phone. Art, Darren, Sonny, Gabriel and Carter made the whole transaction a breeze. They were quick to answer texts, voice mails, etc. It was ready for us when we drove up to get it. All paperwork had been sent ahead of time so that the process literally took 5 minutes!
