They knocked money off my purchase because my wife had bought a Subaru from an associated dealer, which I really appreciated since I never asked. (Her purchase at the Jones Subaru was also a good experience.) I waited on my purchase until Jones ended the add-on premium for purchasing a hybrid, though other dealers continued that shameful practice. Overall a good dealer.

Good Customer Service. Online booking needs improvement
All went well except that the establishment was closed when I got there for my 7:30am appointment and
waited 10 minutes for someone to arrive. When they did arrive I was told the service men would be arriving at 8.
The Customer Attendant however was very courteous. Hyundai needs to look into the online booking because my appointment (which I had rescheduled online)could not be found.

ow amazing this team is, I texed Corey and i told him that my antenna had come off. Within 5 minutes, i received a text from him saying that he wasn't in, but Marissa and Jeremy will take care of me. I got there and they knew I was coming because Corey had called them and told them my issue. They said that they could fix it but in the meantime they gave me a rental so I could run some errands. WOW. I was just blown away by that. From start to finish Marissa and Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure my antenna was fixed properly. Please make sure Corey, Marissa and Jeremy get recognized for their outstanding customer service. This is why I will ONLY go to Oxmoor Hyundai.
