Poor service Dept.
So my dad brought a 2022 hyundai Tuscan about a year ago. And yesterday he went to fill it up and it wouldn't take the gas. So my mom calls dealership to schedule app and they said they couldn't get it til Oct 14 a whole month from now. So I called this morning and they directed me to the GMC service manager who was very condescending towards me and didn't offer to help in anyway. Just kept saying there is nothing they can do so my dad is without a vehicle for a month with nothing else to drive. And he works an hour from home it's not like he can catch a ride that far. But do they care no why would you book up all your hours with no thought of emergencies or people who are out of town or anything just dont care at all I have brought 4 vehicles from them but i will not be buying anymore. Just total jerks. I bet they get their cars in over top of other customers. They wouldn't go a month without a vehicle that they are paying for. Just very disrespectful and no empathy for their customers.

Required to pay for recall
Received recall letter from Hyundai for no cost ABS recall. Was told to contact dealer and schedule appointment. Was told by dealer if recall was preformed now I would have to pay or wait until some time in August for no charge. Appointment has been made at a Greensboro dealer for recall to be done at no charge. Car was purchased from Woodall.

Good Customer Service. Online booking needs improvement
All went well except that the establishment was closed when I got there for my 7:30am appointment and waited 10 minutes for someone to arrive. When they did arrive I was told the service men would be arriving at 8.

The Customer Attendant however was very courteous. Hyundai needs to look into the online booking because my appointment (which I had rescheduled online)could not be found.

Great people to work with
I recently bought a 2022 Hyundai sonata for my daughter from Woodall Hyundai. And the experience was exceptional! The salesman Shaun was fantastic! He text me every week letting me know of new inventory that arrived. When we decided on a Hyundai Sonata even though they did not have one in stock, the manager traded a suv they had on the lot to another dealer for a new Hyundia sonata. To top all that Shaun personally delivered the car to my home (40+miles away) to surprise my daughter with her new car. The team went out of their way to accommodate our needs and we are very thankful of the Woodall team.

Flat tire
I had a foreign object in my tire. My tire was going flat as I pulled in the dealership and the dealership manager, salesman , service writer and mechanic came out as soon as pulled in because they saw me pulling in distressed. They were friendly and courteous and were able to help me and get me going again.

Waste of time
Total disrispect of people's time. Don't even bother scheduling an appointment as they never honor it. Also, don't wait there for your vehicle unless you have the all day available.

Amber and Jacob and the technicians obviously care about their customers and providing excellent service. When I was traveling and needed tires on short notice they did everything possible to have the tires installed. They communicate all issues clearly. So glad I bought the car from Woodall!
