it was long and didn't solve any of the special problems.
The car came in for its 30,000 mile check up and the service department recommended two new tires and
a new air filter. That was fine, although they seemed willing to put on new tires without doing an alignment. However we have had no voice on our GPS for over 6 months. This is the second time we asked to have it fixed, we also suggested maybe the software needed an update because the direcitons were often wrong--no response. We also have a pop up that comes on several times after we start the car that wants us to allow messages, we don't want this, especially while we are driving. That seems to be another unsolvable. After waiting over two hours, I was sent home in an Uber and then returned in the Uber 2 hours later. The apppontment was made three weeks ahead ot time. I as told there was only one Hyundai service person available to work. These happendings ae not what I have come to expect after 19 years of being a customer.

I stopped in at the dealership on a 100 degree day to get information on a car for my mother in law,
not what I wanted to do in the heat but I was greeted by an enthusiastic young man working as the lot attendant who was bright eyed and eager to assist me. He answered a few questions with such honesty that I valued and he showed me the way to the sales floor with a hand shake, wished me a great day and was greeted by Travis.
I met with Travis and I knew my mother in law would love the Sonata, he was awesome. My sister came back in a few days and the deal was sealed.
