Aliso Niguel Auto Care has just wrapped up another periodic maintenance job on our BMW X1 crossover.
Gabe and his crew have been our top service provider for over ten years. It’s because the work is done on time, there is plenty of consultation and never any unpleasant surprises. The rates they charge are reasonable. Some mechanics give you the grim warnings of an imminent breakdown to generate more billing, but not Gabe. He shares his concerns without it feeling manipulative. Yesterday he informed me that a tweak to a past repair job was needed—no charge because he guarantees his work. Here’s another: we had ordered an oil change. He informed that he’s running a coupon so if I want, I can get a tire rotation for the same price. But at pickup he said he had decided against the rotation because the wear pattern on the rears would have produced wobbling if mounted on the front, making it better to wait. It’s one of the little things that assures me I’m working with the right service provider.

My car's AC was acting up and Greg worked incredibly hard to track down the issue and fix it. He took
the car in at a moments notice and worked well past closing time to get it fixed. Now, obviously don't abuse his willingness to do that, but he'll do whatever it takes to get the job done. I do most of my own work on my car and he's the only shop I trust with whatever job I don't have the equipment for.
