I came in to get my rear view camera repaired. I told them that it turns on and off when I move my tr
unk door so I thought it was due to pinched wire or loose connection. They confirmed that was the case and fixed it no problem! This was all after I was previously told by the car dealership this would require a full radio replacement and cost $3k which was obviously a complete joke and scam. I will only be going to West Miramar Automotive from now!!

Dani went above and beyond to figure it out what my car problem was, which he did in 1 hour! I took m
y car to 2 other major franchises before and no one could figure it out what was wrong (randomly wouldn't start, and then after hours start again). Others suggest me many different repairs, without being sure about the problem. Dani in 1 hour was able to figure it out with confidence, and the car was done soon after. The costumer service is amazing, everyone there was very warm, empathetic, and nice. Dani also explains everything that is going on, and gave me a very good deal. I was suffering with this problem for 3 months, and can't thank them enough for fixing it. I will recommend to everyone and keep coming back.
