Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.

I never leave reviews but I was so impressed with my experience here. I was coming in for a headlight
bulb replacement and after getting exorbitant quotes from places who didn’t have all information, I reached out to precision auto and they asked questions to get to know exactly what was going on and detailed all of my options. I felt taken care of and I just moved to SD so they have a new customer. They even alerted me to things that might happen next so I could be aware of the signs.
