Also have taken POTENTIAL cars to
buy and have Stacey conduct pre-purchase bumper to bumper inspection: she showed us where there was proof of accident/salvaged title situation, which meant our car insurance company wld not insure.

I just purchased a used vehicle at this Luther Burnsville Hyundai location. It was 2014 Honda Accord.
It was a trade-in car. They made the process easy. I was able to call them to schedule an appointment to test drive the car.
The sales agent that I worked with was Roberta. I really enjoyed working with her when it came to maintenances with the vehicle. Roberta made sure everything about the Honda Accord was inspected and made sure that the vehicle passed safety inspections. The car had a safety recall, so Roberta made sure to make an appointment with Walser Honda that was nearby to make the repairs and that it passed safety inspection. Communication was easy because I could call or email her questions about the vehicle.
When the vehicle was ready to be purchased, I worked with Eric, who is the Finance Manager. He also made the process go smoothly when it came to financing the car. He told me different quotes depending on what decisions I made when it came to different packages.
I am really happy about the customer service here at this location. If you're thinking about purchasing a used car or a Hyundai vehicle at this location, you will not experience any issues with the staff. They do not pressure you and will do everything they can to make sure you get what you want and need. Thank you, Roberta and Eric!
