cation and get my car there. I was unbelievably amazed at the exemplary customer service that the mechanic on duty, Gaige provided me. He not only fixed the problem effectively and efficiently - he managed to calm me down - not an easy thing at that time! He was patient, kind and so helpful. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions patiently (even when it was the second or third time I asked.) Gaige is an incredible asset to this business - I cannot say enough about how impressed I am. I will definitely return there for my automotive needs.

My son had his truck serviced at a local Dealership. It was just oil, lube, and filter. That was abou
t a month ago. We wanted to check the current oil level and opened the hood March 12th, 2024. We were shocked to see the oil dip stick was not fully seated into the tube. In fact, was sticking out 11 inches or more. Oil was everywhere. Underneath the hood and around engine bay, oil tube, area. (Thanks Dealership!) We were concerned about water intrusion into oil, as he gets multiple car washes per week. I called Dan and spoke with him about the incident. He said that If I could get the truck to him that evening, he would be able to look at it tomorrow. The truck is a diesel, 6 cylinder. I got the vehicle to Dan about 4:40 pm. He came up with a repair plan that was phenomenal. He drained the current oil and placed into a container. He cleaned up the underneath hood and engine bay area. He called by noon to say the vehicle was all set to go. He added that he noticed the gasket on the oil drain plug was damaged and not replaced. Instead, the worn gasket was put back on the drain plug. Dan replaced with a new one. ( The Dealership should have done this!) Dan put diesel oil in the vehicle and drained, then refilled, with the correct diesel oil and a new oil filter. The employees at Repair Rite went far above what I expected and I appreciate it!. I will be a customer for life.

I usually don't write reviews. I was originally looking for a Mercedes but purchased an Audi from St
eve. The day I showed up, Steve was not in yet but Tanner was out in the lot and offered to help me right away. Tanner showed me the car and then Steve came in. Steve was very patient and informative.
Before test driving vehicles, he showed me the features and how they worked. When I decided to buy the Audi, Steve was very helpful with my trade in and also got me the numbers/monthly payment I was looking for.
The Audi has had some problems and both Steve and Tanner have went out of their way and above and beyond to come up with the solution to repair the vehicle.
I am very satisfied with the level of service I have received from both the sales and service department. While in the customer area, even the mechanics asked me if someone had helped me yet.

I needed a jump start and I called a few service stations but no one was able to help me. AAA hadn’t
given me an ETA after almost two hours of waiting, I walked over to this BP and Carlos said he would be over to help in 15 minutes. He came when promised, gave my car a jump start and couldn’t have been more kind and friendly. Thanks again, Carlos!
