New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it
comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding. The service team and Lynn did a great job getting us back on the road after rabbits chewed through ou
r dash lights cables. They ran the updates for security and engine monitoring logic under the required services that needed to be done. We also had some damage. I like the way everything was itemized for our approval. This process was so easy with no pressure to upsell. Excellent service, and quality work
My radiator started leaking badly in the middle of summer here, and I had a trip planned so needed it
fixed quickly. Nate was very gracious to squeeze my vehicle in even though he was super busy. He went over and above what I would expect from any shop, and was able to get it back to me quickly. His price was better than I'd anticipated it might be too, so I'd say he's very reasonably priced! My experience at Nate's shop was top notch and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
