I brought my car in to replace a serpentine belt and the tensioner. I am very thankful for the court
esy digital safety inspection that was done. While inspecting my car they found that I had a couple of safety concerns that needed attention. My passenger side outer tie rod was very loose, my front brake pads were at the service limits, and my cv axle shaft boot was torn open throwing grease into my brake caliper. I was able to see pictures of the parts that they recommended in the vehicle inspection report that was sent to me. They even gave me a free loaner car to drive, so my daily routine was not interrupted. I made it to work and received a phone call just before 5pm informing me that my services were done and my car was ready for pick up. Fortunately I was able to get my car back the same evening. I had prior plans after work, but I was told that my keys and the invoice would be left with the store cashier and they were there until 11pm for my convenience.

Simply put, Rob and his team are outstanding in what they do. Honest, timely and good quality work ev
ery time. He has now serviced a 1997 Landcruiser (breaks/pads/rotors/bearings/solved the random clunking noise) and a 2004 Tundra (breaks/pads/rotors/lower ball joint/ alignment/ rear brake adjustment). These are older trucks, each with over 150,000 miles that needed some TLC and Rob was very practical about what needed to be done and because of his approach helped to keep it all abortable. Its a great small business and there is no reason to go anywhere else, Thanks Rob!
