Front Brakes Not Needed
I took my car to World Auto because I trust them. I have been taking my cars there for over a decade. Because my work and living arrangements have kept me out of Eden Prairie, I had taken my car to another service shop. This other auto shop suggested I needed new rear brakes and front brakes. I had them replace the rear brakes, but I didn't want to give them all of my business, so I decided to wait on replacing on the front brakes. When I took my car to World Auto, they were very customer friendly. They suggested I leave the car as it could take 3 hours to do the job. World Auto test drove my vehicle and examined the front brakes. They determined that I did not need to replace them as they were still in good condition. I always appreciate their honesty. So, I didn't have to pay for new brakes and paid less than $80 for the check up. I love World Auto!

New Tires
I finally had to replace my original tires and I had complete trust in what was recommended as I know nothing about tires and there are too many choices. As a single woman I am grateful for the guidance that is provided and I never feel ripped off. I am always greeted in a cordial manner and trust that the service is done in a competent manner.

Great work, will come again
Brought in my 2006 Mercedes Benz for routine service and some squawks. They did a nice job of investigating, fixing some that were easy, and working with me to defer the others that could be done cheaper and more effectively later on. They even looked up a part I could get on eBay for a tiny fraction of the price that MB wanted for new.

All the while they were honest, courteous, and informative. Really couldn’t ask for more.
