Tony was great! Very upfront and honest to work with. Needed something specific but also knew I had some other issues prior to the diagnostic. Knowing I had the other issues I wasn’t surprised when he told me. Wasn’t trying to sell me unnecessary parts.

First brake work here
The Customer Service here is remarkable. These guys are very good at explaining exactly what’s going on and what to expect. Tony called called me during the day to explain additional work that came up. There was no delay in getting parts. I brought a friend to go over project, since he had working knowledge of this type of repair. Since the work was just recently done in the last week, future driving will tell. That could be a testimony to my driving too, though I am an old lady. Family has done this type of work for me in the past. I really appreciate the 3 yr warranty, and my expectation that these guys should know what they’re doing.
