Recently, I noticed a grinding sound when I braked so I took my car to Gordon & Sandifer. They changed the brake pads and rotors and called me by mid-afternoon to say my car was ready. Now it drives so smoothly and there is no sound at all when I put on the brakes. Their charge was also very reasonable.
Going back a couple of years, I was “lightly” sideswiped on College Drive. When I called the girl’s that hit me insurance company to give her Gordon & Sandifer’s estimate to repair my car, she said, “Oh, you don’t have to get any more estimates. We totally trust G&S and will honor their estimate .” I was somewhat shocked as that is very unusual . Their reputation in this area is excellent.

Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I
usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.
