Kevin and his team consistently provide excellent service are fair prices. They do not try to upsell
you or baffle you with "mechanic speak". They just give you the straight story about the condition of your vehicle and what you need to keep it on the road and operating safely. If they tell you that you need new brakes, or a new cabin air filter, or whatever; you can trust that they are making that recommendation because you really do NEED it done. I trust Kevin's for all my vehicle maintenance work.

Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I
usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.
