Service warning

I had a , service soon warning come on, this was the first time ever. The car started, ran, stopped and drove great. I took it to our reputable shop to check it out. They ran a diagnostic test. It said I needed to change the oil. I was a mechanic for over 25 years, I know how to main tain a car. So why do you people at Lexus feel you have to change the way a system works. I know, some people don't pay attention to maintaining their car. What if we are on a trip away from home ?? If you want to change something, change it to display " change oil soon". Use your brains people. I don't think I will be buying another Lexus

My lexus

I’ve been a lexus owner for over 8 years. Had an Rx for 5 years. Absolutely love love my NX. Love lexus service. Love the loaner cars. Lexus always makes me feel special. I’ll never drive anything else.

Great Vehicle

I psychologically heard an orchestra when I open the door and got in. Amazing Love it. The sales pers was supper attentive to your needs and comfort. The lobby is great the coffee is good and plentiful. Service department is exceptional. Care clean and gas tank was filled up ?

Nx 200 base model

New to us not enough time to drive it yet but appears under powered we will see as we get a chance to drive it. Bought it wrecked and rebuilt it and appears well built. It doesn't have a lot of option but they would intimidate the wife anyway.
