Almost perfect!

I’ve had the vehicle for 5 months and it’s the best car I’ve driven ever. Some of the safety features are annoying but overall I give 5/5 stars

Good vehicle but it has it's issues

Infotainment center went out one week after I picked up the vehicle and it took weeks before a new one was installed. In the meantime, the vehicle sat at a dealership awaiting the part. I was provided a loaner. LKA/LFA sometimes feel as if they are pulling you out of your lane instead of helping you stay within your lane. Dealership can't replicate it so they see nothing wrong. Check Facebook for others having the same issue. Transmission shifts hard at times. One shift was almost like a double clutch. And my first Bluelink Vehicle Health Report said there was an alert with the air bag, Land Departure Warning System, and the Engine. When I spoke to a dealership about this, the response was "if it is not showing on the dash, there's nothing we can check". I always thought you could plug into the vehicle computer for Info. Maybe I'm wrong. This is my 4th Hyundai: two Azeras and one Sonata. I hate to say, but I've had no issues until now.

My Tucson

Enjoying my new 2025 Tucson. Still learning about all the features. The last vehicle I bought was in 2011. A lot more bells and whistles now. It is a smooth ride. Has a lot of safety features I like.

Luxury meets feasibility and dependability

The car is luxury enough with the touch screen dashboard, and body build that I enjoy paying the price I am for it. I needed a car to get me to point a to b, and It delivers. Some notes for you guys: bring back buttons, the model I received has a touchscreen and buttons and I just love that. The rear back windows cannot be opened alone without front window open, it is a really loud fluttering. Your oil change maintenance, customer service, and warranty is the main reason I swapped over to you guys. And I have been a jeep lessee since I have been 16- I am 28 now. So you won me with that. Allow for models like mine to have all wheel drive, in the norther states of the USA we need that. One negative is rpm does take a good while to accelerate, may need to work on that.

Nice car, one big flaw

The Tucson is a very nice car but I will never get past the fact that you have to lock your doors with your key fob. You can’t push the button on your car door as you are exiting the car then close the door and walk away. You have to get completely out of the car, close the door, get your key fob out of your purse, click it, then put it back in your purse and be on your way. I would never buy this car or any other car that had this feature. Had I known about this before I bought the car I would have kept shopping around, that’s how much I dislike it. I was generous with my four star rating because for me personally I should give it a one star rating. The rest of the car is fine it’s just this one issue that drives me crazy and so much so that I would never consider buying another Tucson again.

2025 Tucson nicer inside and out than expected!

My previous car was a 2021 Tucson. Tucsons are the perfect vehicle. I didn't even consider any other vehicle when I decided to get a new car--I got a 2025 Tucson. Thought it would be perfect too and it definitely has not disappointed me. It's amazing how much more modern and advanced everything in the 2025 is!
