Great vehicle, little finicky

We love the vehicle. It’s roomy, easy to drive and has a lot great features. It is a little touchy, having had to bring the car in to remove software update notices and a Check Engine light that went off because imitation pothole, and the car is 3 months old. I did hear that hybrids are like that.

Hybred mpg is lackluster

The car rides fine. I don’t like being reminded to take a break. For a hybred my mpg is around 32. Disappointing as gas models get this mpg too. Overall I like the car and will see how the longevity is.

Comfortable, efficient, well-designed, and aesthetically pleasing. The interior design and dashboard screen is excellent and very responsive. Exterior design is sleek and attractive. Good mileage and average comfort.

Would be better if…

I would give this vehicle a higher rating if there was the option to PERMANENTLY disable ALL automatic safety controls. I have almost gotten into accidents because the “features” are enabled and the computer breaks at the most unsafe moments. It needs work and the option to fully disable the system should be available. Occasionally the car idles hard in cold weather from a cold start. There are also no 6 cylinder options, which would be preferred for this body style. The 4-cylinder engine takes too long to accelerate.

Great car

Great car. Handles well. Good power. Great gas mileage. I would recommend the hybrid model to anyone looking for an suv with good performance and fuel efficiency. The price of the Tuscan is very reasonable compared to other midsize SUV’s.

Very good looking, fun to drive, full of helpful features.

this car is the most enjoyable I have ever had. Everyone who sees it comments on its appearance and its interior features. I just completed a trip in it from Southern Florida to Michigan on my own -a trip of over 1300 miles in two very long days and it was a pleasure to drive every bit of the way. I recommend the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid to everyone who looks at it.

Good car needs work and refining.

Wanted a plug-in hybrid but they are not available in IN. Compromised with regular hybrid. Solid feeling car with good space. Definitely needs some tweaking of user interface! Frustrating especially at night. I am hoping that they update soon.

Very comfortable vehicle although features involve studying.

Love my Tucson Hybrid so far. It overwhelmed me with the features but as I learned more the more I became at ease. One feature I thought I would never use was remote parking assist, I have used on a couple of occasions and it turned out very handy.

Sound system in my Tucson is terrible

My TucsonSEL is a nice car but the sound systems sounds like a old transistor radio, tinny.We like all the safety features, adaptive cruise control and the advanced backup warning when people or vehicles are getting close to us.

Where are the 2025 XRT Cross Bars??

I love my new car, but I bought the 2025 XRT model specifically for outdoor recreation & purchased cross bars with my vehicle. The bars for the 2025 edition have yet to be released and no one at Hyundai has an ETA for when they are coming out. Would change my rating to a perfect 5 stars if I could get this sorted out.

My 2025 Hyundai Tucson

I love the safety features. However, I am very disappointed I can not program my garage door opener or gate code into the car. I could do that with my old car. i was charged more than the sticker price and the financial guy at the dealership was very harassing about purchasing an extended warranty.

This Tucson is an amazing vehicle. From comfort, amenities, and ride, it is a pleasure to drive. I love the safety features and well as all the creature comforts. The entertainment package is exceptional. I would recommend this car to my friends and family. In fact my two granddaughters both drive Tucson's as well.

First Hybrid, Best Hybrid

Hybrids have come a long way. I'm getting 40 mpg locally and 35 mpg highway driving. Smooth acceleration, quiet ride, fast off the stop, almost too much tech and loaded with features, comfortable seating front and back.

Overall it is good but some things could be improved

In general, I like the Tuscan. I came from a Sonata Hybrid and loved the Sonata. It is very frustrating to have the button functions on the steering wheel to be reversed on the Tuscan from the Sonata. I have been in the Tuscan for 4 months and still not used to that change. Also I do not like that the entire Artist and Song playing on Sirius cannot be displayed like in the Sonata. I miss the turn signal on the side mirrors. The engine auto-off feature is not smooth at all. Whenever the engine shuts off and then turns on when a car in front of me pulls away, there is a hard "jerk" with the engine starting up that shakes the whole car. It does not feel normal. Switching between Apple Play and Sirius Radio is not easy without having to press multiple buttons. Priority of Apply play connections never works as it supposed to.

Very happy Hyundai Customer

My family is a long time Hyundai fan. I had previously owned a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. When it came time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle (her car was 17 years old) she opted to take my 2023 Hyundai Tucson and have me purchase a new vehicle. I looked around the market and decided to purchase the 2025 Hyundai Tucson as it was the most comfortable SUV I could find and was being sold at a hightly competitive price.

Very happy with Hyundai Tucson Limited.

Great technology and value for its class. Highly recommend. Excellent interior design. Technology is superb. This car (in the Limited model) has every safety gadget that you need: front and rear collision warnings, side cameras when you put on your turn signal, heads up display, “sleep” warning via a camera on the driver. In short, a lot of value for the $. I compared it to many cars in it’s class (RAV4, CRV, Rogue) and found it to be the best overall by far.
