WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Purchased a 2025 Tuscon Sel Convenience, I am shocked at what happened! ALL windows streak causing visibility issues while driving which is a safety issues. Hyundai Corporate advised that is how car is designed! No recall, no engineer to look at the defect in person. Route 1 Dealership in NJ, Service Director -Ryan was equally disengaged. He had a break down at work & did not call me for 6 weeks. His staff attempted to repair the windows under warranty. Ryan returns calls Hyundai stating car is designed that way, did not follow up w me and hid behind corporate. Then they returned my car w/o telling me and put my payments in default. 2nd Tucson and not impressed

Overall less impressed with the 2025 Tucson, then my previous 2017 Tucson. Everything about it seems less. The power, the infotainment package, and the features that are supposed to make it “better”. I cannot stand the auto breaking feature as it has almost gotten me rear ended several times. The forward collision only works in good weather so there’s constantly a light on in my dashboard if it’s foggy or wet out. The stop/start feature just seems to be more work for the engine than it’s worth. The lane correction feature feels like I’m constantly fighting to try to drive my own vehicle parentheses I live on narrow back roads so often times I am not within lines when I drive because I have to go around farm equipment or the road is too narrow, and you have to drive near the middle). All in all I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can get rid of this vehicle. I loved my first Tucson, but this one has really turned me off Hyundai as a whole and I will likely be switching makes for my next vehicle.

A Great Value for the Money

The vehicle is solid and sporty with a modern, user-friendly, and thoughtfully laid out cabin. It’s roomy with ample headroom and legroom in front and back, and good cargo space. Unfortunately though the pickup on inclines is less than stellar.

The Perfect Car

Does the perfect car exist? It's a yes for me. The Tuscon is the perfect size: interior space for 4 is comfortable and the cargo area is plenty large enough for groceries and suitcases. The technology is well advanced and easy to use. The dashboard is particularly attractive. The only thing missing is that the exterior side mirrors are not electronically controlled (bummer). Otherwise, the car is a beauty!
