great vehicle in spite of bad tech and button placements

overall, this is a great car, but there are annoying shortfalls. non movable center console is stupid. buttons on the center console are easily, pressed by mistake. auto start/stop right next to auto hill hold and drive mode. The buttons are exactly where one would put your arm/hand to relax. dashboard tech has stupid designs. Most other cars have a screen that shows current song title, song group, time, temp. Not tucson. On tucson, if you press the screen to see song title, song group, you no longer see the time and temperature. Outside temperature is ONLY avail on driver dash, out of site of passenger. No way to have a default favorite screen appear upon startup. tucson defaults to a screen of options, forcing you to select your favorite screen every statup. (stupid) Buttons on the steering wheel are not intuitive/obvious. This is the first vehicle, where i still must refer to owners manual, even after 4 months of driving. Heads up display is very nice. Fingerprint sensor to select profiles is stupid.

Tucson Lease

This car is well assembled and appears to be a solid utility vehicle. There is plenty of head room and seating is comfortable. The car has a solid feel. But this is utility vehicle with a 2.4 liter engine therefore performance is adequate, for an everyday driver. This is a gasoline powered vehicle I am getting 34 to 38 MPG highway and 24 to 28 for city driving. The ride feel has a solid feel in its compliance with the road surfaces. Environmental controls are well laid out but do not provide true differential heating and cooling in adequate difference in the split control system. Rear seating is roomy, however the rear arm rest drops too far below horizontal to be used as a cupholder.

The above section "Vehicle Review Title" is a good example of my complaint about tech. What does Vehicle Review Title even mean? And why do you put it on me to figure it out?...it's your feedback page, use better language that is not so cryptic. See the number ratings below for my review. In general I'm satisfied with the vehicle but it only has 1400 miles on it so it should be high marks for my satisfaction.

Comfortable, Stylish, Drives easily

I love the easy ride, the stylish look and the comfort. I'm not happy blinkers have to be turned off manually. Or that it turns off every time you stop. Seems like that would take more gas to continually keep restarting, but i do love it anyway
