Expected much better

Some Doors and trunk door, do not seal properly, water and wind ingress; Windscreen wipers insufficient wiping; Center console indicator lights not clear; engine noise irritating

A great SUV!

Overall, we love the car. We also have the Santa Fe Calligraphy with the 2.5 turbo. I wish the Tucson had the same performance capability.

Really long wait for an oil change

I had an appointment at 10 to get my oil change. The appointment was scheduled for me to wait at the dealership too. The customer service person told me it would take 2 hours and that they were behind. Had I know prior to arriving that it was going to take that long I would have planned accordingly. It ended up taking 2.5 hours to get everything done. I asked an associate if it usually took that long and they told me I should have scheduled my appointment earlier. As we were walking out to my car they had the wrong key fob. I think that was the last straw. I love my car but this dealership was awful. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.
