Spacious, comfortable, and reliable

I have been with Hyundai for almost a decade now, and I've never had a single mechanical issue with any of my cars. I love the brand - and I loved recently upgrading from my Elantra to my Tucson. The car is spacious, extremely comfortable for long rides, and it doesn't sacrifice much of the mileage per gallon. I love it!

Excellent value

Overall, this vehicle offers excellent value, but it is not, of course, a luxury SUV. What it does offer is comfortable reliable transportation at a very fair price. It does what you want it to do and with the Limited trim level, you also get many features found on much more expensive models.

Worst customer service

Car may be ok but never will see that based on the poor customer service and response to negative treatment at a dealership. Hyundai customer care only works through the dealer you bought at. So when that's the issue you have 0 recourse. No one should ever feel this way. It's just a car but what horrible personal and professional treatment.

Vehicle sold with defective head unit

Defective Head unit replaced within first two weeks; installation not done properly; 3 visits so far to reinstall head unit: vehicle is lemon -car not properly inspected prior to delivery- request to return vehicle within first 10 days refused.

My second Tucson

My new Tucson is right up there with my 2014 Tucson, the 2025 is a little taller, wider, and longer. They have come a long way since my 2014, the seats are so comfortable, interior and exterior are beautiful. I had zero issues with my 2014 Tucson, just normal maintenance so I decided to give the 2025 a try.

Great vehicle. I love it

I love the car quite a bit which is mostly evident by the fact I still have it. Given the issues I ran into with my local dealership if I did not I would have taken it back and demnded the car I traded to them back. If I have a complaint it is the "Consider taking a break" Feature that I cannot figure out how to turn off.

It has been almost 40 years since I’ve had a 4 speed so that has been a huge adjustment. My last 2 vehicles were an Acura MDX & a Toyota Highlander. The Hyundai Tucson is getting me from Point A to Point B and that’s what I need at this time in my life!!

Reason for purchasing a 2025 Tucson

I would have stayed with the santa fe, but i do not like the new design. I chose to downsize to the tucson. The sel convenience has all the qualities I was looking for.
