Too much Safety and Tech. Absolutely ridiculous!

Vehicle is nice looking rides ok but all the safety and infotainment tech is ridiculous and ruins it for the whole vehicle. Examples: You can’t go thru a track driverless car wash without the vehicles safety tech halting car and causing near collisions. Even going thru the track car wash with someone in car you have to try and turn off safety features then hope it works. Should getting your car washed be this difficult? I don’t think so. The forward collision safety warning has nearly caused rear end collisions in heavy traffic when I was changing lanes when it took control and momentarily stopped car. Infotainment system is difficult to use if you can use it at all with older iPods or flip phones. Again instructions seem to not help or are not user friendly. I have yet to figure it out. I thought maybe it was just me having a difficult time navigating this car. But apparently I am not the only Tucson owner who feels this way if you seek reviews on line. I had high expectations of this Tucson because it’s the 4th new Hyundai I have bought. I loved all 3 of my other Hyundais, 2000 Elantra (4yrs), 2004 Santa Fe (10yrs), 2015 Elantra (10yrs). But this 2025 Hyundai Tucson Sel is a big disappointment. I should have kept my 2015 Elantra that only had 60000 miles on it. Better vehicle all around and so easy to drive and use phone, radios, and iPod with music.

I am in love with my 2025 Hyundai Tucson.

The car is comfortable, it's performance is GREAT! LOVE the bodystyle....My complaint with Hyundai is they send frequent updates via email but the vehicles are earlier models and the info doesn't correspond with my 2025...some settings I'm unsure about and I'm not one to just push buttons and see what happens. The Panoramic Sunroof is awesome, when I have back seat passengers they enjoy it!! I've been a Hyundai owner for 25 years and have no plans to deviate... The warranty is "second to none"...Anybody who's thinking about it, move forward and buy, you won't be sorry!

Overall enjoyable except for mapping system

The car seems nice and drives smoothly. I had a 2016 Honda accord hybrid that averaged 42 mpg on my drive. This averages 36 mpg but it is not a hybrid. Only problem is the antiquated mapping system that apparently uses tom tom maps. It is useless overall. First time I used it the map told me to turn on a road in my community that was turned into a dead end street over seven years ago.

Nice ride, nice features.

I like the sleek look of the Tucson. comfortable driving. However I do have some issues with the computer. At one point the vehicle would not accelerate above 40 miles per hour. I was told it would be 48 hours before a diagnosis could be made. Restarted again and it fixed itself with no diagnosis. Another time trunk would not close with button on fab or button in cabin. Had to manually push. There were no obstructions. Later it worked without me changing anything. When I walked by car with phone vehicle opens on its own. I guess it's takes time to familiarize myself with vehicle. Overall I do enjoy my ride.

Matte Beauty

This is my 4th Tuscon as I’ve been upgrading since the 1st model came out..Kerps getting better & better. I Love the safety features & the sleek style on my limited.. The middle console control buttons are too sensitive so when you try to use it as an arm rest & bump a button it changes modes from normal to sport or snow.. Control buttons Should be moved below the radio on the dashboard or set up like the Santa Fe. Other than that no complaints. Rides smooth.. I get many compliments as I chose the Matte Black exterior..

Tucson SEL Convenience

I have only had my NEW car for a couple of months, and the Hyundai dealership has had it as much as I have. I’ve had transmission sensors replaced and blinker sensors as well. Had to wait on parts for almost a month.

2025 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience

I love this car! It has plenty of room in the front and back seat. It drives smooth and easy. There is only one thing that scared me…there was a driver in front of me who stopped short and my car automatically stopped and I could not move for a few seconds. I was grateful nobody was behind me because if there was they definitely would have hit me. Just to clarify, I do not drive that close to cars in front of me!! I took out the book and did find where I could turn that off! I appreciate all the great security in this car except that one! I’m grateful for a beautiful car and I do love that Hyundai truly cares for their customers!!! Thank you!!

So happy with my new Tucson. Comfortable ride with all the safety features you could ever ask for. Also even though this car is bigger than my old one I’m very happy with size and drivability. Also parking is great.

Vehicle tends to "sway" when passing especially 18 wheelers, etc.

I'm very unsatisfied with my 2025 Tuscon. Took it to dealer and paid $185.00 for issues undetermined.

I do not like this car

The AC does not keep the entire car cool, the steering wheel is very unsteady and made for accidents, in the camera on the dash by the steering wheel is terrible. I reported this all to my salesman and he didn’t seem to care.
