Start/Stop Makes Car Undriveable

Everything on this car has been great, until the engine Start/Stop system goes haywire. Once the Start/Stop function malfunctions, the car will not accelerate until you go beyond 2,000 rpm. This is very dangerous as there's no warning before the engine Start/Stop breaks.

Only 4 weeks old

So far my 2025 is a dream car. All around so much better than my 2024. Reliability is most important to me and I feel like I've found it. Nice looking, easy to work the dashboard, good sound system and roomy.

It took me a while but I am happy with the 2025 Tucson.

Again, it took me a while to get used to having the gear selections on the steering column. I still miss my 2017 five passenger Santa Fe. I think Hyundai made a mistake by discontinuing it and going to that ugly third row Santa Fe, which is tight. I've gotten used to the acceleration on my 2025 Tucson, which is not as good as my 2017 Santa Fe was. I like the interior cabin on the 2025 Tucson. It is more high end than my 2017 Santa Fe was. I also like the roomier second row. In addition, I like the extra safety features.

Great car

Overall I love the car. There are a few problems that bother me. First, the owners manual is not very good. It tells you about some features, but not how to use them. Second, I cannot find a pair of sunglasses that will allow me to use cruise control and the heads up display at the same time. Third I cann9t get the garage door opener to work and there are no instructions in the owners manual.
