Great vehicle except climate control lights are hard to see in bright light and auto door opening and locking only available on driver's side

Cheap transportation

Nothing special about the car....delivers about the same as all other cars in the class, nothing about the car stands out. Transmission is erratic and engine noisy in relation to constant gear shifts at low speeds. Probably should have bought something w CVT. Gas mileage is good.

Too Much Tech?

First I really like my Tucson but there might be too much tech you are forced to use. The auto stop feature should be off all the time requiring you to turn the feature on to use it, it's just so annoying and it doesn't really save that much gas. The last thing you want in florida heat is for the engine to turn off at a stop light when you're roasting. Make me turn it on not off. The stay in your lane controls are way to finicky, these options should be turned off in settings if so desired so they do not automatically engage with the speed control. That said the speed control without using the stay in the lane option is really good on the interstate. Still trying to figure out the apple car play system. I like it but the tech has a bit of a learning curve for us old fogies. Fuel milage is excellant as I get 30-32 mpg around town and 34-35 on the highway.
