Favorite Car Ever Driven

I have never loved driving a car more than I love driving my 2025 Hyundai Tuscon. From the way it handles the road to the comfy interior and everything in between it is so much fun to be in this car! The infotainment center and being able to access Siri at any point while I'm driving has been so helpful. The size of the screen and the user friendly interface makes it so easy to get where I need to be. Having Bluelink is another one of the reasons why I love Hyundai! The digital key, being able to lock and unlock my car and the valet mode are some of the features I use the most. All of the driver-assistance features were another reason why I wanted to buy the Tuscon, I feel very safe driving the Tuscon.

AI is distracting and irritating

The AI features are definitely troubling for my wife and myself. The car stops or slows automatically. It also shuts down on the highway if I happen to hod the top of the steering wheel with a message to keep my eyes on the road. It slows or shuts off my speed setting. I have never been more irritated by a vehicle. It also says I should take a coffee break every 20 minutes. To stop this nonsense I have to hold the steering wheel on the 2 sides only and stare straight ahead. This is a bad feature when we are driving thousands of miles on our trips and makes me wish I picked a different vehicle. My 2020 Sportage did not have these features and was far more enjoyable.

The Hyundai Tucson is an amazing vehicle!

I absolutely love most everything about my Hyundai. The only thing that I wanted and don't have is rear air. That must have been an upgrade, but I was on a limited budget and didn't realize it was lacking that feature.

Overall nice car, but…

I recently changed from the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Hybrid to the Hyundai Tucson Limited. A lot of the features were similar so that was really great. Overall, I really like the Tucson, but there are a couple things preventing me from giving a 5 star rating. 1) Lackluster power compared to the Santa Fe. I knew this would be the case when I switched cars, but it’s still a bit disappointing (I know I know). 2) While I love that CarPlay is now wireless, I don’t understand why they took away the feature to split the screen with the vehicle’s radio (specifically satellite) when using the CarPlay screen. As far as music goes, the CarPlay split screen will only show what you’re streaming via your phone. This drives me absolutely crazy and was an unnecessary change. I keep praying an upgrade will come that changes this. But other than those two things, the car is great.
